Meet Jay Imura

Hey, I'm Jay! I'm a Brazilian/Japanese/American tattoo artist blending cultures through tattoos and photography in Lenoir, NC.

I graduated my apprenticeship under Brian Ballew earlier this year and it's important to me that my studio chair is a place where people feel safe, seen and respected. No weird energy, no judgement. Just chill vibes, good music and good art.

When I'm not tattooing, I'm out shooting the world around me, working on prints, creating flash sheets, or connecting with my local arts community.
